JEN Bar (Just Energy Nutrients) is a unique energy bar unlike any other on the market. The JEN Bar is made with a unique blend of natural and organic ingredients designed to sustain a body’s energy for several hours.

The energy packed recipe includes the most politically correct nutrition according to Sally Fallon, Author of Nourishing Traditions Cook Book, Robert Atkins, Author of The Atkins’ New Diet Revolution, and Paul Chek, A Holistic Health Practitioner and Author of Eat, Move, and Be Healthy.

Our bars only contain raw nuts, as roasting causes fats and oils to go rancid, increasing free-radical damage to your body. They also contain ingredients such as butter and walnuts to boost the body’s omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids which our bodies can’t produce yet must have in order to maintain and repair the adult brain and nervous system. The combination of sesame and flax seed meal helps reduce the body’s high blood serum cholesterol value. And buckwheat is a source of natural fiber, magnesium, and vitamin B. We have designed our bars to be Gluten Free.
